$3 Matrix System?

I'm wondering if, first of all, if it works and it's legit and not a scam and second, is there a site that does it with Paypal (if it is not a scam)? Because I don't have Alertpay, only Paypal. Thanks

Well, it says that you pay $3, then refer 3, 5, or 9 people (depending on the site?) and they refer that amount, and etc. and eventually you will earn like $3,000 or something, it's kind of too good to be true. Thanks, you have a good day too :)
