What did you all think of Hellboy II?

I know the movie isn't new anymore, but I saw it fairly recently and I was wondering if any of you all had strong opinions about Hellboy II. I was a little disappointed when I read the newspapers review of it, because I'd looked forward to seeing it- hence I didn't rush to go watch it. But I actually liked it pretty well! I honestly did miss the agent from the first movie because he was a cool character and on top of that added a little more fun to the movie as far as Hellboy trying to get the girl... Anyways, I was curious if there are many out there who also disagreed with the poor reviews Hellboy II got! So, respond please :D

I have not seen this movie yet. Even though it looks pretty good but I still have to see the first one which I only saw part of it on tv. I probally wont see hellboy 2 in the theators since there are so many movies before that I want to see and I doubt ill see half of the movies I want in the theators.

I haven't seen it yet, but I can't wait to get a chance. Hellboy 1 was great!

I thought it was pretty good. I of course waited for it to come out on Dvd. In my opinion the sequel wasn't as good as the original. But then few are. An acception to this is ALIENS (1986)

I think it was as good, or better then the first one. There was more action in this one. I highly recommend watching this, if you like the first one. This movie is hilarious, witty, action packed, everything I ever loved in movies.

It was pretty good. I didn't really see the first one so I did not really know the premise that well, but it was a pretty good movie on its own. I saw it on DVD, had I saw it at the movie theater I might have been nore critical, but for a DVD it was entertaining.
