How do you deal with annoying colleauges?

i wld rather say not2 mind him often..when u just need2 knw anythng spk wit him or watever be the need...u may lose ur coool tryin2 see such fellas...

I try to focus on the work and avoid anything personal. That way we can accomplish what we need to do before we start killing each other lol. Sometimes I just tell myself that every person has something good in him or herself and I try to find out what is that in this particularly annoying person. It can be a challenge but later on you can find yourself liking and even admiring that person.

Like you said, there just isn't any choice but to deal with them. There are a few that I particularly don't like but I just try to make the best of it when I have to work with them.
