Almost all of us have a demanding day job that requires our brainpower and physical input; and sometimes this can be so taxing and stressful. We'll end up being a bad case of burnt-out if we don't de stress ourselves.
As for me, I blog and MyLot- and surf in the internet. These are my de-stressing activities. I know that some exercises (or perhaps meditation) should be in place to really de-stress and I'm working on it.
What do you do to de-stress? What activities do you engaged in after work to relax yourself? Your pointers would be most appreciated.

I come to myLot for de-stressing and I also listen to music I love. This includes musics from mySpace friends and also those of 70's and 80's - I gradually get into the rhythm and then only can start focusing at my scheduled works.

I find the best way to relax is either a bath or the English tea ceremony.

Well you might find this quite unusual but I destress by practicing my favorite magic tricks over and over again. I'm not a full time magician but my regular work is really very stressful but since I love magic it really takes away my stress.
