How do you relax after a hard day's work?

Almost all of us have a demanding day job that requires our brainpower and physical input; and sometimes this can be so taxing and stressful. We'll end up being a bad case of burnt-out if we don't de stress ourselves. As for me, I blog and MyLot- and surf in the internet. These are my de-stressing activities. I know that some exercises (or perhaps meditation) should be in place to really de-stress and I'm working on it. What do you do to de-stress? What activities do you engaged in after work to relax yourself? Your pointers would be most appreciated.

I agree. We never stop we have to mainten busy all the time. I belive so that is the best way to have longer life. We have to keep working even at home. We have all the time somnething to do at home.

I come to myLot for de-stressing and I also listen to music I love. This includes musics from mySpace friends and also those of 70's and 80's - I gradually get into the rhythm and then only can start focusing at my scheduled works.

Jenaisle you have to relax at your home. Take out your shoes and feel the floor, also put your whole body to the floor. You will feel the real relax.

Well you might find this quite unusual but I destress by practicing my favorite magic tricks over and over again. I'm not a full time magician but my regular work is really very stressful but since I love magic it really takes away my stress.
