I guess so but I heard a news that exposure to use of celphones will create damage to the brain, do you agree?

This is a contrary question. Some scientist are saying its true and some are just denying this complain. But its true that person who doesn't use cell phone is safer then the person who uses.

Hi, Cancer can be caused by anything - drinking, breathing, stress, cellphones and much more. The point is, we are living in a statistic world, in which you have a chance of having cancer, depending on your genes. Any other factor increases (like cell phones radiation) or decreases (like exercise) this chance. Chances are slim, usually. Our body has "fixing" mechanisms that most of the time prevent cancer. Let's say, every time a cell splits, there's a 0.08% mistake in genes duplication - that's a pretty low chance, right? But since we have about 3 billion letters to copy, 0.08% might be something really big... our "fixing" mechanisms usually manage to fix the problems. But if we don't "help" them by eating right, exercise etc. and do some not healthy things (like eating "wrong", have lots of stress etc.) we increase this error rate, until the "fixing" mechanism is overloaded, and then we might have cancer. So you see - to say something causes cancer is a pretty general thing to say. Some things (like radio active radiation) are more surly to cause it and some things (like cell phones) are less likely to cause it. I hope it makes things clearer...

I believe that this can be true because cell phones carry radiation just like microwaves and if used too much i believe it can cause some forms of cancer.

The new study has not been published and therefore other scientists have not had the chance to review the work and its conclusions. The person who did the study sent a message to his colleagues telling them to use their mobile phones less frequently. This is a very bad way for a scientist to act. People have been using mobile phones for more than 20 years now and no significant effects have come to light. Some studies have shown that using a mobile can heat up the part of your brain that is near your ear. That might sound bad but wearing a hat also heats up your brain and is about a 1000 time stronger. If you want to be completely safe then use a hands free device.

They have been saying this for years. If you ask me it all is complete BS. Everything gives you cancer come on now. The doctors and scientist really don't know what they are talking about at all. Everyone and I mean everyone has cancer cells in them. Some are more prominent than others hence why only some people will get cancer. Some things will trigger that as well. So when someone tells you that this will give you cancer keep in mind that we all have cancer cells and some are triggerd by different things.

I haven't heard about any new study, but I have been hearing about it ever since cell phones first came out. The same thing was said about microwave ovens. In this day and age, there is something wrong with just about everything. There are all kinds of environmentally caused diseases because of all the increased technology. On the other hand, there is a lot of health improvements because of the increased technology. I would be more concerned about smoking and the willingness of putting foreign substances and cancer-causing chemicals in the body than of using cell phones.
