Gog and Magog, what are they? According to the Bible, especially in Ezekiel Chapter's 38 and 39, the explanation is that Arab Armies (especially those of Persia, Ethiopia and Libya) will move on Israel with a large, mobile Army (those on horseback) attacking from the north. It is said that the army from the north is Russia. So, with today's present turmoil between Russia and its neighbor Georgia, could this be the story of Gog and Magog coming to fruition? Is the conflict today a plan to move on Israel as Israel may be planning an attack on Iran and its nuclear plants?
Let me know your thoughts on this Biblical prophesy.

I have always thought that the Bible was not a book about prophecy, rather its a book that tells us a story and gives us lessons to think about and learn. With regards to what you have mentioned, well it is possible, given the current state of our world and all the wars and conflicts that are happening now plus all the recent disasters. But I really do hope that its not the beginning of the end.
