illaiyaraja songs..

I dont think there would be a single person on earth (tamilian) who would not like illayaraja's music, right from his first song in Annakili, he has proven himself song by song until now when there is a period of G.V.Prakash, his songs have made many films run long days...they are stress relievers to me, all the 80s songs composed by illayaraja, mainly mohan's songs

i love Maestro Ilayaraja. he is blessed to compose great songs. he has given many superb songs. he has some greatnesses to his credit. every music director will write composition horizontally. that is they will write for one instrument and then for the next instrument. Then finally check. But Illayaraja writes parallely in all lines at one single stroke. When he applied for giving a archestral performance in London the people who came to see him and his works were astounded by this. Then as they were sitting , he saw a scene (one time) on screen and wrote the background score for that scene. There were taken aback to find that the score really matched the timings of the scene. This is one thing not many can do. Thats why he is great. he lives music. (hey i am ur referer u have to accept my friend's invitation so that i can message you on useful informations in mylot.)
