My mother and I have been looking for free kitens in haymarket/manassas know any where I can find free kittens?

Kittens aren't free. They cost a fortune to raise and care for. I would never give anyone one of my cats for free. If they won't pay an adoption fee, then they might not want to pay for desexing or vet bills if the cat gets sick.
