first drop of rain in the month of May

back in my childhood during summer we patiently waited for the month of May for the first drop of rain to shower. as our elders say, the first rain on May was Good for healing some illness. but for now i don't believe that it could still be knowing that the air now has been very polluted and could turn this rain to acids which can be more damaging.

Hello Leomilson! We are waiting for the first drop on rain, today is 5th May.
I used to play in the rain, when I was little. But I usually don´t allow my children to play in the rain, because I´m afraid that they get a cold. However, the smallest, made me promise him, that I´ll allow him to play in the first heavy rain of this year, we are waiting for it.
You are right. Now a days rain maybe very polluted, even nuclear polluted. If they play in the rain, it might be just a few time.
