Is Paypal or AlertPay available in the Philippines?

Will you give some info about Paypal or AlertPay. Is this available in the Philippines?I signed up with AWSurveys.com, a paying survey site and they only allow Paypal and AlertPay type of payment.

you can use PayPal. its already available in the Philippines but i suggest you also check paypals webby to see the limits and terms. c",)
(in case you're gonna ask, yes, i am filipino and am using paypal. c",)

How it is done? Is there a need of a credit card, ATM or a bank account?

well.. just go to paypal.com and signup for an account. c",)
personally, i don't withdraw from my paypal account. but if you intend to withdraw from paypal, you'll definitely need a bank account or credit card.
