Login and only clicked one ad each time?

I'm not sure about you, but I feel weird as I have a referral who has always login to the ptc site and only clicked one ad per time. I understand that people might be busy and have limited time to click on ads on daily basis, so it's understandable that she only clicked like once or twice per week. But why don't she click on all the ads available as it wouldn't take much time. My assumption is, maybe she has a lot of referrals and just intended to make the account active by clicking an ad at least once a week to avoid account termination by the webmaster. Alternatively, she might be having lack of confident about the site. But on second thought it doesn't make sense cause the ptc site is still paying. Anyway, just put this aside. So, would you normally clicked on all ads available once you login a ptc site. If not, why?
