What Is Your Favorite Movie Trilogy? Why?

when it comes to movies, i am sure an avid watcher but if we talk about movie trilogies, the ocean's movies are my most favorite. i watched when it started at ocean's eleven, then ocean's twelve until its ocean's thirteen. oh, ocean's movies have the best power casts (really big names on hollywood). how about yours?

My favorite movie trilogy is The Lord of the Rings. I read the book when I was eleven years old, and I practically lived in Middle Earth for a whole year. I was so excited when I heard that they were making the movie, and I just love the way they tried as much as possible to stay faithful to the book even in the smallest details.

Star Wars IV to VI because that one is the one and only. It is epic.

Hey there, I think my favourite trilogy would be Spiderman because spiderman has always been my favourite hero because I am somewhat of a geek. 2nd would be the Matrix Trilogy although Matrix 3 really is crap. 3rd would be The Lord of The RIngs although it's too long to watch.

my three favorite trillogies are star wars (the original trilogy, that is), lord of the rings, and the godfather trilogy (though I didn't care for the third one as much)!!!
