Also check out some of the links on the Raw page - some youtube ones are good, even a little video on healthy raw chocolate.

I have cooked vegetarian in the past but since getting married any time I try to make a vegetarian meal I get flack from my wife and oldest daughter who claim it is not a meal unless it has meat. This site is good for me because most of the recipes are also gluten free.
