Would you still take the job even if the salary is low?

Say it's a job that you want and you love doing that job. The only thing is that you're underpaid or the salary is too low. Would you still do it? Would you still take the job?

Well..my story goes like this since I have to fulfil responsibilities I thought of looking for a job.I got one,it paid me well too and with benefits.Then I realize this is not what I want.Money was not an issue,since they were paying me nicely,then one fine day,I decided to quit the job.The day I quit the job,I thought I will not be able to take it..but you know what I was so happy and relieved that I left that job.Now am working in another company,less pay not much facilities but am so satisfied with my job.I enjoy my work and this is what matters more to me now.

thank you very much for you response. that was very inspiring. i would agree with you that a person will be more happy if at the end of the day he/she feels fulfilled rather than feeling numb for trying to bear with doing this job that you don't want at all just because the salary is big.

Its worth trying. However, if the work load is too high while the pay is too low, i will move on to another job.

If you want and love it, why not? You can start with a low salary. If you do your job well, then maybe you will be given the chance to move up. Take it if I were you. But if you have an existing job and receives a good salary, then why bother taking the job.

on mylot i get paid very low despite the hours i spend, but i am still here as i love the job 
just kidding.
well, it depends on how we want and love the job and how low the salary they offer. if that's is the only job available for me, i will consider to take it. at least i will get more job experiences in there. i can learn it and the situation is unbearable, i can resign and looking for another job.
