Would you date the silent type?

I used to hear that guys preferred shy, silent girls, and that girls preferred the strong, silent macho guys. But times have changed. So I wonder if dating preferences have also changed?
How about you? Do you prefer being with extroverts?

hi polaris,
as i am a silent person by nature, i would rather choose a talkative girl to date. otherwise our date will be like a meditation class 
. i like listening girls talking. i like the way they talk, their style, their gesture. so it will be better if the girl i date is an expressive person.
anyway, i think girls like being listened, so i hope i don't get difficulty to find the type of girl. what about you?

I am normally very quiet, and it takes patience to get me started talking. But then after that it takes patience to shut me up too. My husband on the other hand is the friendly, extrovert type. I guess the old saying still goes, Opposites attract. Happy mylotting
