If so, then where?
I saw the Foo live in Worcester, MA. They played with Hot Hot Heat and Weezer. It was the most intense show that I have ever been to. We waited at least three hours in line and were rewarded with front row center on the arena floor. I can't imagine the floor being any more packed than it was. It was so packed that the shoulders of the people standing around would hold you up if you lifted your feet.
I've been to many shows and this was far and away the best show I've seen up to this point.

I saw them at Earls Court in London in 2006 and they were brilliant. I wasn't far from the back, the tickets sold out really quickly, but I still had a great time. The stage show was great with the light and laser show, I don't usually like that sort of thing but they didn't go over board, it was perfect. i'd love to see them again.

I would gladly watch from the back of the crowd if I got a chance to see the Foo again. Their just so good, I can't see it making a difference for me.

I saw them in London ontario, this past march. Like you, I've seen many shows, and foo was definitely up there with the best.
Dave's energy is amazing, and it radiates through the crowd like crazy.

I so wish I could see them live. I moved recently and now they tour nowhere near where I live. I'm probably going to have to wait until I move back up north to see them.
Dave Grohl is my favorite musician and the Foo Fighters are my favorite band. They're absolutely amazing, and from what I've seen and heard they're a great band to see live.

Definitely jump on the chance to see them if you get it. Dave is my rock idol. I would be famous if I could tap into an ounce of this musical ability and apply it to my music.

I've seen them live twice. First at an outdoor festival back in the 90's and then a few years ago at a club. They are great live! Lots of energy and Dave Grohl always tells some kind of funny story.

I saw them in 2006 in Hyde Park, with Angels and Airwaves, Juliette and The Licks, Motorhead and Queens Of The Stone Age (and later joined by 2 memebers of Queen!)
It was a good show, no it was a great show. I admit that the main reason I went was to see QOTSA. There were 85,000 people there, it was stunning. Unfortunately the sound suffered a bit, but it always does with outdoor gigs.
The only thing that let the day down was me feeling the worst I have ever felt! We wanted to be as close to the front as possible, so we queued for 5 hours in 35 degree heat. Two minutes before the gates opened, I stood up in anticipation and promptly fainted (due to the heat, not excitement :-P)
If you've ever passed out in the heat, you know the horrendous, nauseous, headachey feeling you have.
But it was a good day all the same. I wouldn't go to see them in a huge place again, if it was a small acoustic gig then definitely!
