Quality Discussion?

I just read other's point of you on how to really create good earnings here at mylot, and most of them point out that earnings here is not really all base on how many post you made but rather on the quality of discussions you made or to the consistency and relevance of your discussions to the interest and more. For quality issue, what do you think defines quality discussions?

I find that if I start a discussion on everyday topics.I get more responses.Something that happens everyday. Asking peoples opinions on certain topics help to. I find topics that ask a simple question; like what kind of computer do you have. Do use Firefox or IE. To me these are waist of time. Because most people would give the simple answer.Such as I use Firefox,and that would be it.Quality discussion is when you can get the other Myloters attention.

i think questions answerable by yes or no, this and that are questions that you are pointing out. they are not so sensible, though some also do make sense. hehehe. But i think question asking for someone's point of view is the best. They do not just extract good views from respondents, they are also good mind exercise.

Yes!!! I agree with you on that!! It is about the quality of the response that you post here on mylot and not how many responses that you actually answer in a day. I got that great advice from a mylotter when i first signed up. To me to have a good quality discussion is to make sure that you are answering the discussion whole heartedly!! And make sure that the whole issue is addressed and answered.

ohhh nice tips there again. I think you are really taking mylot seriously. I am glad there are people like you who are still after quality discussion that can be beneficial to many and not just flooding this site!

in my opinion,, meaningful, subject full, direction full,, and issue full discussions are called quality discussion,, which is not made for only to start discussion because of we need more and more posts in my lot..

i agree with you! I think something really worth posting should always be our goal, and eventually by doing that, we will earn too.

quality discussion s highly needed here besides just making money. That is a reason why some people have good rating. A good discussion are those addressing to the topic and explanation is provided with the answers. Elaborated well so that readers understand the content and also the best quality is the one that makes people think and gives an impact compare to others. Copy and paste discussion from internet is the one I loathe most.

well for me quality discussion is the discussion which is not created to earn money , discussion which is created because of curiousity or for just fun is quality post i think also if it is an original topic and if it is never created before i can say that it is a quality discussion for me

i guess you have a point there. different people have different perspective of what a quality discussion, it more like beauty is in the eye of the beholder...but originality should really be there.
