Can BMW win the constructors championship in this formula-1 season?

Unlikely for this year, but given their rate of improvement season over season they should be strong contenders for next year.

they have chance to grab the lead anytime in the next two races granting nick and robert will continue to show off a very strong performance and also pending the result of mclaren's appeal from the belgian GP result. there are higher chances from BM to grab second place if not winning it.

i could not tell that they can possibly win this season, although they are just 2 points away from ferrari and 10 from mclaren, not that bad though. but basing on its performance in the last four races, they fluctuate in their games and although it's still half way in the season there are still chances. yet, if we are going to see the standings of mclaren in the past three races, they have been so consistent in performing to its expectations and very focus in it.
let's just see what will happen in the next few races if they could show some competition.
