It is so hard to quit smoking, especially if you are relying on willpower alone. Most people will need some pharmaceutical help in order to quit smoking.
Most doctors will now prescribe nicotine therapy when you're trying to give up, or can recommend a support group, where you can meet other people who are trying to quit and support each other.
Easy things to do would be to actively try to take your mind off the fact that you aren't smoking. Drink a glass of water when you get a craving, or nibble on some fruit or vegetables. If you miss the 'hand to mouth' action of smoking, then inhalators are a good option. Otherwise, nicotine replacement patches or gum would be effective to reduce the amount of nicotine in your body slowly.

Dear friend,
I hope it might be the addiction that is not allowing to quite smoking and as one of my cousin too had this and later after an Ayurvedic treatment he is now a non-smoker. I hope just will power and confidence could make one quite smoking this is what my cousin who was a chain smoker told me.
