Do you get a lot of junk calls?

I get so many sales calls, for the most part we do not answer them because I think they are too pushy and if there is something that is so important that I want I would go out and get it. I have even tried answering it and telling them no, thinking they would stop calling and they still call back even in the same week. What do you do?
