Can I use any kind of debit card??

Paypal asks to submit the credit card or a debit card's no. in order to verify yourself. I don't have one , so I was planning to get a debit card of my own. They gave me four option for card type- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American express. Now If I get any other debit card, can't I verify myself with Paypal??

Yes, you can! I have two debit cards and one credit card registered to my paypal account. And when I first opened an account with them I used my debit card for account verification. Hope this helps :-)

No, I was asking that is it necessary that I have to use cards of Visa, Discover, American Express and Mastercard. Can't I use any other card than that, if yes how?? There is no option in Paypal other than the four I mentioned !! So plese tell the procedure!
