Hello all,I have been TTC for a year now. My cycle runs from 30 to 32 days. Last month my last AF(last mentrual) was on July 15, 2008. Total 30 days cycle. According to some forum online, women can be fertile from 12 to 16 days. We BD (baby dance/make love) the 13 days of my cycle, which i believe I am very fertile. Now it has been 31 days, my cycle isn't here yet, no symptoms of cramping only light thin creamy discharge and sore boobs. My pregnancy test says BFN (Big Fat Negative). I am one day late already. Do you think the result was just false negative? Or is it too soon to test? According to information online, women who has 30 days cycle will ovulate the 16 days. I believe I ovulate the 29th of July according to my charting, BBT, CM. Sperm also, can survive inside womens body 3 to 5 days waiting for the egg to release and fertilized. I am 16 DPO (days past ovulation) now. Some women says you can test as early as 5 days prior to your cycle. What you guys think? Please give me some light here. As I am dying to have a child. Be nice,ok!

last month i missed my period and i had BETA HCG testing and it came back slightly above average. i thought i was already pregnant but the result wasnt high enough to be detected on a regular HPT. i took another test to see if the level was rising but it wasnt.
My OBGYN told me that even if you ovulated and you BD on that day, it is not a guarantee you will get pregnant. There are many factors that could affect it like stress. My advice is to wait a little bit, divert your mind to something else so you dont get stressed out while waiting. Wait for about a week more then pee on the stick. Whatever the results will be,just be ready. 90% of my ex TTC friends got pregnant when they werent expecting it.
baby dust!

Sometimes if you want so badly to be pregnant, your mind tricks your body into thinking that it is. Trust me. It will make your period late, or miss. It will also make your boobs hurt, and sometimes you will have other side effects too. Just relax and take it as it comes!
