I think long hair suits me more. For the most part I love my long straight hair, though some days I get tempted to cut it all off! Sometimes I just don't want to deal with so much hair. But I promised my husband I would have long hair for him as he loves it. And I do too, when it isn't a pain in the rear.

I used to wear my hair short because it's curly. But one time during a office party i had to wear a wig for our presentation, though i felt kind of awkward i did it. But then, my girls challenged me to let my hair grow long, they said that they like me better with long hair. Now, i have grown it to shoulder's length and i too kind of liked it this way. Though, i have to have it straightened every six months. I feel more feminine with my new hair....lol

I believe the straight long hair works best for me. It's not hard to maintain and I only need to remember to always put conditioner after shampooing. I permed my hair years ago and it didn't really go well for me. I do get bored about having the same straight hair for many years now (I have the wavy hair type) but I don't want to be inconvenienced with the permed hair anymore. So I'll stick to it.

Even I permed my hair once while I was in college,it was looking nice at first when I step out of the parlour, then the other day it don't look like the first day anymore.I looked funny, I mean it was alright but I felt so uncomfortable looking like that with permed hair.

That is what with me also.Long straight hair suits me more,my friends doesn't approve the short hair,I want to but then I love my long hair too though it gets little boring and difficult to maintain sometimes.Don't you find difficulty with long hair sometimes,me I do..

I have a straight hair since i was young...When i'm in grade school, i used to have a long straight hair. When i went in high school, to have a new look, cut my hair into a very short one, which is apple cut and when i reached college, i used not to cut my hair so that i have a long hair but layered cut and have bangs... I'm thinking to have a long and curly hair, but i'm not sure if it's gonna suit for me..

I am an African American woman and my hair wavy until I put a relaxer in it. Curls do not hold in my hair long. But I do have long hair that stops half way my back. I have a daughter who hair is almost to her butt and she wears it straight or I may put ponytails in it (she is 8 years old).

Hi friend,I like bit of wavy hair and not too straight.I also want to curl it but this doesn't work out for me.Long hair is good if you can maintain it nicely,me I had just cut my hair again a month back since the place I am staying,here the water is not good at all.It is hard and I cannot stop my hair from falling and getting rough no matter how much I try.Your daughter must be such a cute sweet child.Pony tails looks good on little girls.I have my niece who is also about her age and she would never allow her mom to cut her hair.She says,she will keep it long.Thanks for responding.
