Because I have a progressive disorder with no cure and I have watch people deal with me I have a few Ideas of what I would do.....
To many relationships faili after a loved one gets ill for one of the partners can't handle the pressures or the feelings with watching someone the love suffer. To my the best thing for the person with parkinson's or any illness is a good support system...The need peole to stick by them and the feeling they are still loved. If people start leaving and giving up on them, the to will give up and stop fighting.
Seconded thing is dont rush to plce the person is a care facility, if the person wish to end their days at home then let them, for it is their wish and it should be respect. A Neighbor of mine in my old neigborhood lost her husband to this disease and she took care of him to the end...it was hard and she knew it would be but she tald me love conquors over everything including illness.

Well what can I do but take good care of him. Who else will do the caring but I more than anybody else. I wish it will never happen though to anyone of my loved ones. Have a nice day!

Find out about the disease and deal with it. Also search out natural cures rather than just conventional medicine. I'm seeing a naturopath for things that conventional medicine didn't help me with and some things are better.

hi, although the disease is terrible, we can try our best to do for help and control this illness. many references indicated that family cure is the best method for Parkinson's Disease. i believe all members believe always smile face to life and never give up. this is very very important for someone had a healthy body.God bliss you!
