Typically the outside is a reflection of what is really going on inside of our hearts and minds. Most often people that are close to you can readily pick up on your emotions regardless of what you verbally tell them. This is why they ask "are your okay?" or "is every thing okay?" or "are you feeling okay today?" If you think about it they never ask those questions when you are feeling great and having a wonderful peaceful day.

As it is written, " A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit." -Proverbs 15:13.
Bro, that's a good respond I think and you encouraged me not to dwell also on loneliness inside. You know, we can't do nothing about what past already but we have to go on pursuing what to do next and what to prioritize next. And of course, we have to admit that we are very limited that we need to rely on God and depend on HIM. Showing others we are joyful, i think that's the work of the Holy Spirit in us, to show us joyful to others though we have many struggles inside.
Just always maintain your poised and Christ-like character. Maintain your right heart attitude in every situation that in doing so, others will still be drawn to Christ through you.
Remember, jing as long as others feels you pleasant outward, it is the reflection of you heart. When you're lonely then it will show. So, check your heart always and ask Him to restore you actively smiling INSIDE-OUT.
God Bless jing. See you soon.

Its not easy to be a clown.
A clown is someone who makes people smile and make them happy with their infectious smile and merry attitude. I always see them as cheerful and someone who gives us positive effect.
Like us, there are points in our lives that we are like clowns, we try to mask the pain that is inside our hearts, and display a fake smile and a fake happy aura but its not always the case. Maybe to some point we can be very effective when the pain inside is not that intense. But when its something big, its harder to play the role of being a clown.
I am also like that, I hide feelings, emotions and display a certain image but sometimes the feelings just show.
A smiling heart shows a smiling face, God makes us smile with His word, how can we make our hearts smile when dont read Hid word.
Have a nice day and hope you are now smiling inwardly and outwardly.
God bless!

In as much as we always have wanted to hide our negative feelings by covering them up with our superficial smiles and hollow laughters, we most often unfortunately failed to accomplish such goal. There were so many times that I have done such a thing but just end up disappointed. We can't just hide what's our feeling inside may it be negative or positive. In such away that an old saying is truly manifested: "Beauty exudes itselself."
