Do not control your temper unless you must.Losing your temper does good to your health.Dander is one of the common emotion in our daily life.Losing temper isn't a bad thing, which can convey our feeling in truth.

I've tried counting, breathing.... The best way that I have learnt is to get myself to disconnect totally from the idea or thought causing the temper to rise. Letting my mind go blank seems to help. Once in a while its good to let of some steam though.

It is very difficult to manage temper ... depending on the situation, do not aggravate the situation ... if you are the loser in the situation (against boss, office mates, parents) then just keep quite and move away from the place, otherwise please share your mind but remember talk as calmly as you can .

walk away from the source that is causing the anger. go take a break, a rest - alone. you'll feel better after that and will be in a better state of mind to decide things logically.

well, i often think about the root cause for the anger inducing situation and not the immediate cause. some times I end up in laughing and sometimes smiling and rarely frowning. The real problem arises when i forget to think.By training one can condition not to forget! It has been quite successful for me.Try it!

I like to think of myself as a patient person who can hold their temper and keep it contained. I do get angry sometimes because I think it is only natural for all of us to get mad and want to scream and yell. That's not to say that I go off the deep end all of the time. To tell you the truth I have been known to lose my cool if the right buttons on me are pushed so to speak. As I have gotten a little older in my day I have been a little more able to keep things on an even keel. I can try to pass things off and let them roll off my back. Sometimes just taking a deep breath and relaxing for a few minutes or stepping away from the situation at hand can have its merits. There are times when I want to speak my mind when I am mad but I am a person who tends to avoid confrontation. I just don't like it. I would rather appease people if I can. This has lead me into becoming something of a push over sometimes but more or less I just try to let things slide and it all works out on its own. Sometimes I just need to agree to disagree if there is an argument because it could be a losing situation. It would be good practice if we all could turn our backs on a bad temper sometimes because that can lead people to become volatile and that is not helping anybody.
