I am already 26 and I have been through several jobs already. This is because I cannot seem to find what I am looking for. Then one day a colleague of mine told me that I am experiencing the so called mid 20s crisis. Is this true? Is this really happening? Another colleague of mine who's also of the same age seem to feel the same way that I felt. It's like trying really hard to be happy. It's like being in between the feeling of right and wrong. Several options were presented to me and I'm about to give up what I have now but then it makes me think twice. Makes me ask myself over and over again how can one truly be happy? Help MyLotters!

I'm only 22 and I can honestly say that I've had a crisis for at least 8 years now. Sometimes a crisis will and can show show up at any point of your life. I don't know what I'm looking for either. I wish I could say that I'm living comfortably, but I'd be lying. And I honestly can't say what it takes to be truly happy. Once you've found it, please let me know so I can search for mine.

I think it is true. last year I experienced the same. the feeling of inadequacy. The feeling of being alone and being always depressed. i feel at lost last year. Luckily I have with me my siblings and we talked about it most of the time. I also have a friend who is going through hat phase so we kinda support each other back then. I am glad I'm through with it.
