I am not sure if kungfu is real but I love watching kung fu movies, specially Jackie Chan movies! I love the elements of a kung fu movie like the one in Kung fu panda. The story always starts with the misfortunes of the hero and how embarrassing his life is. He would accidentally be a hero and be taught of kung fu and he has high tolerance in pains. If you have watched Jackie Chan movies before he became really really famous in Hollywood you will notice that the plot is almost the same as Kung fu panda. Even the comedy timing are almost the same, the master who were serious but still have some joker inside were also present in most of his movies. I have a real laugh when I saw Kungfu Panda and it really brought me back to the days that I love watching Jackie Chan. But is kungfu real? Do Chinese still practice this?

my friend,Kungfu is not something that you can fly.
in the movie sometime is too much.
but real life,Kungfu is just like one kind of exercise. like Judo,Takendo, those are sport items of Olympic nowadays even.
China goverment also apply to add Kungfu in to Olympic item.but olympic commitee refuse.I think they just afraid we Chinese will win all the gold medal.haha.
If u really get into Kungfu, you will see,it's really nice exercise.also cool.
Chinese stll practice this for sure. at least I am .

Kung fu panda is truly a world wide hit. It has its story and animation makes it interesting. Thanks

I know a little bit of Kungfu, i think Kungfu it's not only a fighting arts, but it is a healthy sport, good for our health, i once seen, Master of Shaolin temple which already reach 80 years old age, can really stand his body only by one finger, isn't it amazing in that age??
But it is the last performance from him, he won't show it twice in rest of his life ..
So i'm a lucky one ^_^ lol
