Practice, practice, practice! There are also programs such as "Rosetta Stone" that use a very interestin teaching method with languages. But the ideal scenario for learning English is to surround yourself as much as possible in the spoken language so you can not just read how words are structured; but can hear them. It may be other English speaking people, or even movies and television. Either way the spoken word is far more readily absorbed than the written word when it comes to languages in my opinion.

You can improve your oral english by speakign the language orally. you can learn from reading but it's not enough. All you have to do, is speak and talk to the english speakers. You can't improve your pronunciation if you don't talk, so just keep on talking and for sure you will be an english speaker.
