Hi,friends due to busy schedule and extensive life style people are hardly get the time to think about there fitness.Well guys let me tell you clearly about fitness it's not about having a healthy body rather is all about thinking good thoughts,positive attitude and passion for life and athat will come with good diet,regular exercise and peaceful mind.so friends do send your views and thought in this regard.

We must invest some time (atleast half an hour) to get fit ourselves, if we cant do, we can become physically fit. In a good physic a good brain resides. We can do any one or more from the following daily: 1. Jogging 2. Yoga 3. Take Nutritions 4. Proper Protein Intake 5. Proper Bathing and Cleaning 6. Other Exercises 7. Meditation 8. Remember to God 9. Reading and watching contstructive books and movies 10.Hearing Good Music 11.Be Happy Always .... etc. etc.

I like fitness and aerobic, both make us healthy and keep younger, it involves three things, intensity, dedication, and education ^_^
