PTC sites really pays without any refferal purchase

Hi to all, I am green in paid per click. I got the knowledge about paid per click by surfing myself in internet. I started 6 months back in bux.to. I started and clicking clicking clicking without any referrals till now. Clicks made by only myself. I reached now $12.00. . I requested 1st payout 15 days back for $10. A reply from bux.to right over there instantly and to my mail also that “your payout requisition is processing”. But no response till now. I have alertpay account too. My question here is, will they really pay to me without any referral purchase? Is bux.to pays? Anybody paid by bux.to here? they making payment? If so, how long it ill take? If they delays like this, how can trust them by investing for refferals. If it is not a scam, can I sign up another PTC also? Because I signed up and clicking only in bux.to. . How many PTC sites one can uphold. I am not interested in playing and registering or signing up form, surveys, etc. Only advertise click is the best way to me as a part time earner. Please suggest and guide me in detailed. because one should not waste their time and energy for not getting a single cent. thnx.
