Do you get strange feelings while being alone?

It was dark, looked like he was in pain, too much pain and then suddenly BAM I'm patted on the back by my friend and I get into the reality world. I was alone in the room before he came and I was getting stupid ideas and strange feelings. Like what would I do if this would happen? Why he is better than me? I should kill him or like they are haunting me and hunting for me? There are limitless things that come in my mind and I get taken aback by these strange feelings. Sometime I feel quite afraid and prefer sitting in a group rather then being along or going somewhere alone. Does this happen to you too? What are your feelings when this happens to you? Do you get afraid?
