Hi, can anyone explain when PTC sites say they pay 0.01 for instance, it does not seem to mean 1 cent but may be 1/10th of a cent. If you have $5.0926 for instance, does that mean 5 dollars and 9 cents or 5 cents and 926/1000 of a cent? It is very confusing when you click on an ad and they calculate the amount you make and it is in thousands of a cent amounts. I do not quite understand it.

1 means 1, 0.1 means 1 divided by 10, 0.01 means 1 divided by 100 . So, 0.01$ means 1/100 of a dollar, which is familiar to us as a cent. So, 0.01$ means 1 cent. By this 5.0926$ means 5 dollar & 9.26 cent. Its simple. I hope a have succeed to learn you! Happy day!

You see: 1/10 = 0.1 (10 cents) 1/100 = 0.01(1 cent) 1/1000 = 0.001(1/10th of a cent.)
