to take or not to take up medicine

i am a graduating nursing student...i took up nursing as my pre med course., but now i'm thinking if i will pursue medicine because i am now loving the work of a nurse, also i want to work after i passed the board examination. can't decide right now, it's also my dream to become a doctor...a neurologist to be specific=)
