The real question is why we even need anyone to represent us in the goverment today? I mean yeah in the 1700, 1800 and even in most of the 1900's maybe we needed to send someone to represent us in Washington DC. But today we have TV, Telephones, computers, and internet. Is there anyone that really thinks we can't represent ourself's. I don't really trust the goverment to look out for my best interests. I hear Democrats are for the poor, the republicans are for the rich, I think they're for there self, they vote for who ever gives the most money to them. I only have two to choose from, You just pick the less of the two evils. If I really had a my pick I'd vote Confederate. So if you know wjy we still need to have someone to represent us today let me know.
