education, expectation, more education and more expectations!!

Our education system needst to expect more of students--therfore teachers need to expect and demand more, therfore more care in teaching should be expected and required of them!! In America, 24 countries outscore our schools in math. 20 countries in science. 70% of American 8th graders cannot read at 8th grade levels. 93% of our Middle schence teachers have little or no training in science. America's high school graduation rate ranks 21st internationally. WAKE UP CALL...don't you want the best education for your child? Where do your elected officials stand on education? Do you know? We need not only a quality education for our children but a high quality education. Right now there are no expectations and we all know that students, teachers, and everyone rise to expectations...so we need to expect more accountability and more expectation requirements...right now there are NONE!! Come on people sign the petition, the more people that do this the better off our children will be.
