what would you do if someone irritates you a lot......??????

this thing has happened with me lots of time that someone irritates me a lot and this thing disturbs me a lot......and i would do the same i.e i would irritate him/her a lot until he/her starts to cry or something like that!!!!!!
what would you do if the same thing happens with you too??????

If someone irritates me I just move out of their reach. I try not to confront them directly because I know it will only lead to more trouble. This always happens every time I go to church and there are people who uses the church as a meeting place, a dating place, and some just goes to church to gossip.
