My Husband's Coming Today!!

We bought a house in Tennessee in January, and my daughter and I moved here. My husband had to stay back in Maryland so he can sell our house there before he moves here with us.
He can only come to Tennessee to visit once a month because it is 800 miles, and it is so expensive to buy gas to come here. Plus, he has to work to make money....
Well, today is the day for this month when he is coming! I am so excited to get to see him! He should be here in about an hour.
I hope we have a nice visit. The dogs are waiting to attack him. LOL
Does anyone else have a long-distance relationship with their husband, wife, boyfriend or girlfriend? How is it working out?

I don't have any long-distance relationship with my loved one. But there was once I had to be away from my then boyfriend for 5 weeks. It was torturous for the booth of us. I missed him so much. 
I'm so glad that he's here with me every day. I don't know how you do it, but I totally respect you for making all these sacrifices. I hope the sale of your house goes through soom so that he could be with all the time. And have a lovely family reunion!

Thank you so much for your encouragement! Hubby is here now, and after he gets his truck unloaded, and takes a shower, we should be able to enjoy ourselves.
He is really a great guy! I probably won't be myLotting too much in the next few days, but I'll check in every once in a while.

Wow thats rough. I'm glad you get to see him today! My husband and I had a long distance thing like that before we got married. i met this woman who's husband was applying for a job in indiana that paid really well. So my husband applied too and got the job. So he and her husband went out there and I stayed back here. it was about 8 hours away and we only saw each other about once a month too. After a few months then I was able to go out with him.
