Can u talk to your dad about this? Have you talked to you MOM about this? If you cn't talk to them try asking you school coulsner. If that don't work try talking to a lawyer and see if they can help u. I know you should be old enough to tell the judge were you want to live. But they will want to know why you are with your dad nowand why you want to leave there.

yes, its better you talk it over with your mom & dad, and then if your dad does not want you to live with your mom, try to find out the reasons. But it would be better if you talked to him first.

Have you talked to your mom about this? You may want to contact Child Protective Services here : http://www.dhhs.state.nc.us/dss/cps/index.htm
and also try calling the Child Abuse Hotline http://www.thechildabusehotline.com/
They will probably be able to assist you and give you an idea of what can be done.

If your' mother wants you to live with her then you will have to go into court and tell the judge who you want to live with. In most states you are allowed to do this at age 13. Good luck to you!

You would have to either have your mom petition the court for a custody hearing or you would have to become imancipated (which is that that eazy to do) you mom is better off petitioning the court for a custody hearing where the judge will also listen to your wishes.
