Quick Money - Please help

Hello everyone! So here's the deal. There's a house that's been in the family since the 1700's. Unfortunately, the family member that owned the home has passed away and it was left to 5 siblings. One wants to keep the house, but the rest want to sell it so she's out-voted. I was thinking of what a shame it would be to lose the place so maybe I should purchase it, fix it up and rent it out by the week. Where it's located, the view of the mountains is perfect and while I was there last time, I saw plenty of birds, bunnies and even a bear in the back yard! There are plenty of hunters and skiers that come through that town as well so it makes sense to me. The problem that I have is that with the economy being the way it is right now, I want to pay off some stuff before making that sort of move. With two kids, I just can't put my family at financial risk. I've heard that there is a way to make money pretty easily through Amazon and Ebay through a "dropshipping" method. Have any of you heard of this before? If so, can you explain how to go about setting something like this up? I like the mylot kind of sites, but I need something else that can help out a bit quicker. Any help you can provide is so appreciated! Oh, the image is only part of the view from this place. It's so great and so peaceful!
