My fave would be Lasagna as I have worked in Greenwich and really love the exquisite taste of it. Although I know there are lots of pastas which I haven't tasted yet but I think Lasagna would still be on the top of my list. I know how to cook it and it does taste quite well. It's just the preparation of the ingredients that is frustrating, such as the red sauce and the white sauce. Even in the preparation of the flat noodles, you should be careful not to break it. So what is your fave pasta, and why?

I like so much carbonara and spaghetti. So delicious to my taste. I used to eat these pastas during holidays and weekends.

I love spaghetti especially the one that my mom cook. Jollibee a fastfood here is almost has the same taste as my mom's spaghetti. Actually it's the other way around but her being my mom has a plus factor right. I haven't tasted carbonara yet but I'll try to taste it to compare it with spaghetti.

I could not possibly say which pasta is my favorite. I love lasagne, but I also love spaguetti with pesto, or the awesome carbonara or puttanesca sauces for pasta. When I prepare lasagne, I come short with white sauce many times and it sure is frustrating

I love chicken alfredo of Chocolate Kiss. Its like carbonara but with chicken chunks instead of ham and ground beef. I haven't cook it yet but I have tried carbonara and perhaps its of the same procedure. I might try to cook one someday. They use fettucine in Chocolate kiss. I don't like KFC's chicken alfredo because its very salty.

I love eating pasta, I never get tired of it, be it red sauce or white sauce, I love them all. What I loved best is the ribbed pasta otherwise known as pasta rigate. Its pasta noodles is tube like and there is a hollow inside it. When you bite the pasta the sauce will be squeezed out and drips on your tongue, it clings. It taste heavenly, especially if your sauce has melted cheese on it.

In terms of styles of pasts - I quite like fusilli (twisted spirals).

Hi Rhyannefranz, I love lasagne too and will have with garlic bread, yummy. I also make my own dish of pasta spirals with chicken, cherry tomatoes, spring onions and mixed in a honey and wholgrain mustard sauce. Very tasty and very filling. Ellie :D
