my phone is not working / myLot

my phone is not working after it accidentally fell from my hand...now it is not producing any sound at all...i am sad, i need to go to the service center and ask them to fix it...

hello....i just wanna know your mobile model and the date of purchase........if its in warranty then take it to the nearest service center saying that it is not producing any sound.if possible tell them the exact reason so that they will be very precise in helping you.....gud luck

Depends on what part of the phone hit the ground first, it could be a wiring issue... Sometimes when you drop a phone, wires to the speaker just comes loose...

i hope so too..i also hope it is not that costly...
