im confused you don't have to be 18 or older to be on mylot

May be 14 and above persons can participate. That way the writeups on xxx can be ignored by them with parental guidance. In fact my son is 14 and he contributes a lot of thoughts in answering the discussions.But the problem is they should not get glued to myLot at the cost of their studies and other activities like sports and games.

U know this secret, our mind is always against to our heart, if some thing is prohibitted, our mind needs the prohibitted one , the same is applicable at mylot tooo. if a discussion is useless or unwanted to a member who is under 18 he compulsary reads what is the topic about this will misguide him because they are in teen age, they have no mind maturity, they feel they were kings and they are good they are superior, so they won't think about the loss or gains of one trait. This will misguide them they want to face some unwanted problems. Thats why we are always supposing friends not to join if under 18.

I might talk about adult subjects but I try to do so in a manner that would go over most kids' heads. When it doesn't they probably already know all about it.
