i don't know how to improve myself.

I am a very shy type person. sometimes when I'm walking in the street, someone i know greets me but i can't look at them. i can't talk or greet them in return just like i've never seen them. I know this is bad but i can't help it. I don't know what to say and i am very shy.What will i do?

Try facing people and looking at their eyes. Your confidence levels have to be enhanced and you'll glow!

hey friend..!! dont worry abt this..!! you should improve ur self just talk with others..enjoy ur life ,people surround you..!! i m sure u can do it..!! just dont think that u cant talk with people ..if once u do that then u ll b ahead..!! keep lotting.!!
