jogging

i love to jog. it really feels good when you sweat early in the morning..when i was in high school,i used to jog early in the morning with my cuzins.we woke up at 5 in the morning.we have agreed that he will just make a sweet call sign for us to go outside and start to jog...we resides near the river, so we would love to inhale the fresh air while we do the jogging..i missed that daily routine b4...now, due to the hectic sched and my cuzins are not here any more(they are wrking somewhere),.we can't be able to continue the routine... who among here has a morning routine which is good for your health like jogging?Please share it with us. I like jogging too. I don't get up early at morning, but whatever time I get up, I will go out and jog. I don't run for a long time, it is enough when I am a little tired and perspire. Then I walk back and have a shower. Then I am refreshed and work efficiently all the day.

I get up by 4 in the morning . Then I get into my jogging dress and in the dark I go out to jog . The morning freshness is very good to the health and as rightly pointed out the early sweat is really very good to the body as it helps to keep the body fit . Then I exercise and do some yoga . Thats it this is my morning routine.
