The people that r not directly to u should get a minus for the way they act and they do not care about u because if they do they will tell you directly to ur face.

if u are hurt too much just close ur eyes and remmeber ur happiest days .... or see god in ur emaginations ... =]

I've been wondering. I never know if I get a '+' or '-' rating. How can one know? If no one's made a negative comment/response or been really angry at you, why would they want to give you a '-'? There probably is some other explanation for the rating coming down (if that's the case). Don't get yourself worked up on something on the net. It's not real life...and it will only be affecting you more and more if you think about it.

how do you know that someone had given you a negative rating? i personally dont know yet if i had been rated at such...is there any notifications or whatever? i myself remember of giving one negative rating that was years back when im still new here thinking that he's been accusing me of something about copying or something..which of course not true..i guess im so naive in here that i think that he was been referring to me since i had receive his response thru my emails but in fact its the responder he was trying to add comment to in my discussion(he explains to me about it and apologizes since he did not name it in his comment)and i did too..(apologize in return ) and ends well..

Yes, don't worry, it also happenes to me from time to time. I reached a 94 score, then someone or a bounch of people gave me "-"-us - the thing is i got down to 88, and then when i almoust reached 93 (2 days ago) yesterday when i entered mylot i was at 90 again... Somebody must really love us i guess...

Hey how to check if someone has given us the negative comment?? Where can we see that?? I just forget to give ratings. Cha. I will not give negative ratings for anyone. If I didn't like the discussion I will just leave that without rating. Hereafter i have to rate properly. A '+' for you.

How do you know you are getting -'s? Your star is good so I don't understand. Did you drop a lot from where it started?

Hi Dreamssri, I have had it happen to me before now. I was a perfect 100/100 10 star and someone obviously didn't like it and overnight I was neg rated down to a 7 star, I got very upset at the time but now I just let them play their games and not let it affect in anyway. Like anywhere in life you always get the odd few that ruin it for everyone else. Keep posting keep responding and keep having fun and try not to feel too hurt over it. Ellie :D

Hon, One thing you have to learn is to not get upset over some things that happen here. People minus innocent people all the time. My fiance is one of those who are included. They also hide behind the anonymity that is the minus, thus not telling you why they did so. I'm sorry you got minused, but there seems to be a lot of trolls out there, and they are the ones who minus, and even put tags that are inappropriate on your discussions! I wouldn't be worried if I were you. Just carry on myLotting. The negatives are going to come from the minority, so concentrate on the majority.

Don't fret on this things. We really can't please everybody. You are on the right track staying positive all the time. Continue to start discussions, post good responses and rate positives (+). The way I see it people have different interests and level of appreciation. If you receive a positive mark, that only means that someone with the same interest as you liked what you have posted and if the discussion failed to arouse his interest, then you most likely will receive a negative mark. In some countries the people are frank and straight about everything. They would tell you upfront what they think without considering your feelings. I am also easily hurt but we have to accept this comments/criticisms or whatever it is we encounter in our lives so we can think about them and improve. Be happy, I am sure that for every one "-" you receive there are 10 "+" marks from nice people in myLot. Cheers

It really doesn't matter what people on the Internet think of you. Some people are just idiots, and I bet some people on MyLot go around and just randomly "-" people just to get these kind of reactions. Not everybody is nice, and you have to understand that, and doing this makes that person know that they got to you, and will do it again. I feel bad for you though.

You shouldn't care about the star. I could care less. Most people are ignorant and create discussions to get people to support them. I usually try to see the light and do not respond to patronize anyone. It is simple as that. If you care about your star then only agree with the person who started the discussion. Personally I don't bother to rate anyone. It is quite pointless. We all should be entitled to our own opinions and be able to speak freely without any repercussion.

definetly dreamssri i have experienced this many times but do u know u r living in this world of cutthroat competetion... yes u always try to give the best but the person who is not letting u know your mistake an just passing a negative comment is not your true wellwisher pl its only u to judge these people dont get disheartened or demotivated an take this in to a positive way may be the other person is feelin jelous of u because u were on the way of climbing the ladder of success.please do notice that if u r doing honest justice to your job an u r sure there s no mistake on your part just move on with your life jus like an CAREFREE ELEPHANT who doesn't cares about the dogs barking on him in hindi we say "koi bhi aaja HATHI apni mast chaal chalta rahega" so please b brave an bold an don let anybody hurt you an one thing i would not like to ignore that whoever hurts anybody will definetly feel guilty in some part of his or her life an the biggest punishment for these people s that u should not allow these people to say even sorry to you.

So how did you know this? Did your star drop or something? That is the only way I would ever notice. All I can say, is don't continue to let it bother you. Things happen on here. All you can do, is continue to post from here. Allow people to see who you are, and continue to post positive thoughts on here, and you will see Good rewards from here. Wishing you the best.

Hey dreamssri, Don't be upset. I know how you feel. The same thing happened to me and I was really upset. I was really new here and I had no idea what I could have done to get -. I had a yellow star then. I'm always afraid now to look every day. But people told me not to worry about the star because it doesn't matter. As long as you know that you didn't do anything wrong that's all that matters. I know that is still not going to make you feel better but try. I will give you a + too.

Don't worry about that one little (-), it's the internet, these people shouldn't affect your real life. Many people here have different opinions, so they probably just didn't agree with yours, but no worries, I am sure you will get many pluses and your rating will be a ten soon enough, that one (-) won't affect you forever. I am sure the pluses override all of your negative ratings. Just keep doing what you are doing and don't change for any one. Good luck, and happy mylotting!

I really do not have any idea on how we could know if someone give us a negative comments in our response on each of their discussion and once and for all and for once you doesn't have to be sorry in it "get up" and showed it to them that how many negative comments they will give on you and show it to them that you were still standing for all of the rest..........

Ah, people could do that here...?? I'm newbie, I didn't know that until I read what you've posted! But I agreed with you though, when they dislikes what you're saying I think they should tell u directly so you can change to be better and they dont have to give you the minus again secretly... Cheers,
