The Ancient Hebrews (and even now, the Hasidic Jews) won't allow women to study the Torah because they believed that women were born so much smarter and more powerful than men, that they didn't need to have access to this information. The Torah, to my understanding, is some kind of secret, powerful information that outsiders aren't supposed to know. So, I believe that women are born more powerful than men. I don't know if that means smarter. But, God must think they're smarter, otherwise, he wouldn't have kept talking directly to them in the Bible, more so than the men.

Yes, you're correct. At times women were taking very cool actions also. They can be at times submissive or outrageous. You can't define them exactly all the times.

Throughout History and most cilivizations men have been given much more education oppurtunities than women. Women weren't allowed to go to school and still aren't in some countries today.
