Are there places in Asia that you would like to visit?

Most of all I would like to go island hopping and snorkeling in the Philippines. I think that I would enjoy doing much the same in Thailand. I would love to go to India and see the Taj Mahal and to China to see the Great Wall. I have been to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, the Maldives, Turkey, Israel and Jordan. Which places in Asia would you like to go to? Why? Have you been to Asia before? Where?

I would also love to go back to my country of origin the Philippines to go island hopping. I did not had the chance before and if I am able to save some money for a grand vacation, I would do just that. I would like to see the Bali island in Indonesia. I am not sure though if it is already open after the disaster. The beach where the film The Beach would be interesting to go to. So far only beaches comes to my mind. Enjoy your trips/vacations SFC

The Beach was filmed on Ko Phi Phi near Phuket in Thailand I think. I love tropical beaches with palm trees and white sand. Bali is open again after that terrible disaster. I think that it would different from Sumatra so I think it would be worth me exploring more of Indonesia. Happy traveling.

The Filipino people are incredibly friendly and I have met some of them working overseas. It is so interesting to see the culture of different countries, hear the language and find out about the history. I hope that you will work abroad when you have completed your studies. I would like to visit the Great Wall of China, and Mongolia, and Japan in winter, and Israel to see the historical places. Then I would love to visit Iran too.

Oh, there is a train from Russia to Mongolia? That's amazing. I have not been to any other country. But I know that one day I'll go round the world. I have travelled almost every part of India, and that's what I am gonna do to the whole world one day. :-)

You could catch the train from Russia to Mongolia and then end your journey in China. Japan would look pretty in the winter I think. Israel was the most fascinating place that I have ever been to. It might be difficult to get a visa to go to Iran. Good luck.

In all honesty I have never even contemplated Asia for my travels my friend, I have always had New Zealand, Ireland and Sweden on my future travel plans. If I keep the list of places short then it's not so overwhelming and scary LOL! If you have a whole list of places you sort of give up and think there is no way I can visit all those places, but if I have three or four then it sounds more dooable if that makes sense. Mind you that place on the film The Beach with Leonardo Di Caprio, I think it was called Phuket in Thailand would be wonderful to visit. I love the Chinese, very friendly nation and that would be a possibility once I have been to my top three destinations.

I think that this year or next year you could pop over to Ireland and then the year after you could go to Sweden. You might need to save up of a while to go to New Zealand and it is worth the long flight. It is the most beautiful little country in the world, its my third favorite. Its population is less than 4 million and it is incredibly unspoilt. Yes, the west side of Thailand is full of stunning beaches like the one in the excellent film, The Beach. The Chinese are very friendly and clever people.

Hello maximamax8, Looks like you been a to a lot of country in Asia. I am from the Philippines and hoping you'll have a good time here when you visit our country. There are lots of islands to go hopping and snorkeling too. I am sure you will enjoy it here. I am from Asia but I have not visited any country yet aside from my country. In case I have enough money to do it, I will visit China, the great wall particularly, Hongkong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. These are within proximity of my country so it will be good to visit them first. Going further out, India, Japan, Taiwan, the Middle East like Dubai, Israel and Egypt. Wow! A lot of places to go! I think these will be on my wish list only. I don't think I can visit them all with my limited funds right now. Maybe if I won a lottery ticket! or earn extra money on internet I could visit them. It was nice just to plan things and imagine you will be going there. Have a good day and see you in the Philippines. Mabuhay!

Hello Maxi. Yes, I have been to all the ten countries in Southeast Asia, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, and the Philippines. Very beautiful countries. Each country has very unique places of interest for visitors and holiday makers. I have also been to South Asia countries too. Oh yes, Taj Mahal is definitely one of the wonders of the world.

Hello Green Line. Wow! You have been to many different countries in Asia. I am sure that Myanmar is an interesting country but travelers have to fly there as going overland is not permitted. I have heard that Brunei is really expensive. I wish you lots of happy traveling experiences.

I have been to Turkey and Thailand and they were both great but, I would also like to see the Graet Wall and go to Borneo. There are so many places I wish to visit and time and money is such an issue at the moment I will have to hold off for a while!

I have never left North America. I've been to several islands of the coast of the US and in the Caribbean and to Canada but I have yet to make it even to Mexico. I would love to be able to explore the whole world but my health and lack of money prohibit that. I would love to explore India, China and Japan especially but by nature I am a curious person.

India is cheap, and people can be cunning too. But if you visit North East of India it's very green, and the people are very good and friendly.

I have been to the USA three times and to Mexico twice. I hope to go to Canada soon. I love tropical islands and have been to St Lucia in the Caribbean. The islands in Asia might be cheaper and some of them might have beach huts to stay in. I am sorry to hear that you have a problem with your health. Japan is expensive but once there India and China could be cheap destinations.

Hi! First of all, thank you for wanting to visit our country, the Philippines. I hope you will enjoy your stay here especially the island hopping and snorkeling parts! :D Me, I have been to Hong Kong when I was 7 but since I didn't know much about the world, I wasn't able to appreciate it that much. But now, I wish I could go back to Hong Kong then visit Japan, Singapore, and Russia, especially St. Petersburg. I like Japan because I love the music and the anime. I love Hong Kong because I've seen it before and would love to go back and see it with a new perspective. I would also love to see Singapore because I used to have friends there and I think it's really a wonderful country. Russia is quite different. I would love to see St. Petersburg because it was featured in one of my favorite computer games (Hitman) but since I saw some parts of it from the "Get Smart" movie, I also would love to see the rest of Russia for the great sites and scenery.

I can't wait to go to the Philippines because it is so friendly and has just the sort of scenery that I really like. I think that you would love it Japan. I have been to Singapore three times and although it is a small place I found it interesting. I so wanted to go to St Petersburg this year but getting a visa for Russia proved to difficult. I hope to go on the Trans Siberian Railway across Russia to China one day. I hope that you go traveling to all these wonderful places.

Yes, Japan would be an exciting destination. I think historical Kyoto is where I would begin my trip and then I would go around by train for one week. I didn't know that Japan had a Disneyland on it, excellent. I hope that you go one day soon.
