guys i am in so confused stage right now because its just one month bac only i have been fired from the job by my branch manager actually i was doing very well for my company but my branch manager always used to do back biting against me to the higher authorities . its just senior management asked me to give resignation i was shocked when i came to know this but ultimately i had to give resignation an i wont blame senior managers for what was heartining that he unnecessoraly imposed false charges on me at the moment of taking resignation.
now i dont have any job in my hand but the biggest confusion s dat the SAME BRANCH MANAGER S CALLING ME through other employees to rejoin the organisation .
what should i do at this stage should i join bac because of need of the time or move on with my life ...i am not able to forget those falsely implicated charges by him yes honestly if i tell u recently i have registered myself here at MYLOT jus to earn my lively hood at this stage of pressure WHAT SHOULD I DO? SHOULD I JOIN BAC THE SAME ORGANISATION INSPITE OF ALL THAT INSULT OR SHOULD I KEEP PATIENCE AN MOVE ON WITH THE LIFE .SHOULD I LISTEN MY HEART FOR NOT TO JOIN BAC OR LISTEN MY MIND TO JOIN BAC....PL GUIDE ME IF U HAVE EXPERIENCED LIKE THIS.......

There is only a reason why you have to go back, to prove to them that all those things said about you was not true.
Anyhows, If I were on your situation. The fact that they wanted you to make a resignation letter, is somehow degrading on your part. Don't lose your dignity as a person, you should not allow anyone to take it away from you. Believe in your self, you know what are your capabilities, learn to wait and eventually a job will come.
In life moving forward is the only option. Don't look back... Move forward don't be afraid about the future, the future should prepare for your coming.
you don't have to prove yourself to them, you know your self better than them.

thanks adoremay thank u soo much for your kind advice infact this time i wanted to go with my heart only...lets hope this change should be be fruitfull in longer run otherwise i would have sticked with same organisation for some more years ...thanku soo much ...happy myloting.....

Well if you don't join back, then you must find another job. If you aren't comfortable don't go back unless you really need the money to live, if there are other options for making a living take those options. If they are going to take care of you better at your old job you can consider going back, but if they do the same things again I would not go back unless if I really needed to. Don't go jobless too long because I assume you need money like all of us, sadly you cannot make a living on mylot. Perhaps look into going back to work.

thanks sugar this time i am gonna listen to my heart only even i was not willin to join bac thanks for th advice lets hope this change becomes posetive factor to grow in in life both personally an professionaly.

[i]If I were you, I will just move on and look for another job..That is not a healthy environment and it will just give you headache...
Apply for another company and forget about that, just my opinion![/i]

If i were in your shoes i will not join the job again unless the branch - the one who used to back bite you- leaves the organization
Because simply and at any stage this branch manager may think he has done favor to you or he is feeling petty on you.
But in case you think that his attitude has changed and you are convinced that he will not do it again or he admits to the higher authorities that he has blamed you or lied to you falsely and he makes a confession in front of higher authorities then i think you should think it over
