I had several days like that this week, triggered by my son who cant or wont get his act together. I am feeling slightly better today and more like myself. It is hard though when you are feeling really done and there doesnt seem to be anything that can help you. Sometimes you just need to be kind to yourself and give yourself a break.

You're not alone. Generally, everyone has a day of "blue" , may be one in a week or even more. But it's at times like this, I'll talk to my best friend, go for a cup of coffee or have dinner together, then I'll feel much better & revived.
Sometimes I'll just brew a cup of tea, play my favourite CD, grab a book and then delve into the world of fiction and forget about all the problems in real life.
Think about it this way - if you ever feel so down / depress, feeling that your life has torn apart, just look at those who suffer more than you do, such as the victims of natural disasters or cancer patients, and you'll be thankful that you're blessed with a wonderful life and good health. So a day of blue is nothing compared to them.

yes sure...tommorow is going to be a better day....time is a very good healer...yes, i too have gone through days of that kind but there is also this thought in my mind, that everything is going to change some day or the other and our life is not going to be the same
